When you play certain KIXEYE games, information about your game play may be collected and transmitted to KIXEYE.

You may choose to voluntarily provide us with various Personal Information and non-personal information through your use of the Services.

We may automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information from you in connection with your use of the Services.

What Personal Information does KIXEYE collect?

We collect Personal Information from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys, register for access to the Services or use certain Services. KIXEYE may receive information regarding your game play and usage without any additional notice to you or actions taken by you. KIXEYE may receive information such as your email address, games played, game scores, performance, Internet Protocol (IP) address or other information and statistics regarding your usage of the Services.

When you register for the Services, you may voluntarily provide, and KIXEYE may collect, personal and non-personal information in the form of website registration data (name, email, etc.), and other data necessary to fulfill your requests, participate in game-specific services, and participate in special services such as newsletter subscriptions, “email this page” features, technical support, demos, downloads, polls, surveys, contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions. Does KIXEYE use cookies, track IP Addresses or use other passive means to collect information?

KIXEYE may use cookies and similar technologies. A “cookie” is a small bit of record-keeping information that websites often store on a user’s computer. Cookies generally do not include people’s names, e-mail addresses, or other information that is personally identifiable; they are typically used to quickly identify a user’s computer and to “remember” things about the user’s visit (such as the user’s use of various features on the service). Other information that may be passively collected by KIXEYE includes log files that record website activity, including how many “hits” a particular web page is getting (also known as “navigational data”). These entries are generated anonymously and enable KIXEYE to understand and assess overall online activity and a user’s browsing habits, track interest in advertised sales, and troubleshoot technical concerns. We also use the log file entries for our internal marketing and demographic studies, so we can constantly improve the online services we provide you. The Service may also use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, game performance, the total number of visitors to our Services, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers. How does KIXEYE use my Personal Information and other information?

Notwithstanding anything else herein, we may partner with third party advertisers who may (themselves or through their partners) place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser. You should be aware that while you are using the Services you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. The links from the Service do not imply that KIXEYE endorses or has reviewed such third-party sites.


What happens if I use the Services on a social networking website?

One of the special features of the Service is that it allows you to play KIXEYE games on or log in to the Services via various social networking services like Facebook (“Social Networking Service(s)”). To take advantage of this feature, we will ask you to log into the relevant Social Networking Service. When you use the Services on a Social Networking Service or log into the Service using your Social Networking Services account, we will collect relevant information necessary to enable the Service to access that Social Networking Service and your data contained within that Social Networking Service. As part of such integration, the Social Networking Service will provide us with access to certain information that you have provided to the Social Networking Service, and we will use, store and disclose such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. What about kids?

KIXEYE does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Service. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information on the Service without their permission.
